Register or Reset OKTA (MFA) - For B2B Clients

Our B2B Site, and the apps powered by, use Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) by OKTA Verify

Please note, this setup step is a one-time process and you would only need to repeat this step if you were to delete the Okta App or update your phone.


For B2B Clients accessing MFA protected content via 

To setup your device, please refer to the OKTA Tutorial PDF via Attachments, located to the right of your screen (beneath 'tags').


Note:  Okta Verify should be set up on your primary smart phone (iOS/Android) as you will receive the MFA push notifications through this device.  

ex: if you are using our Apple TV App and you want to watch an in-release movie on your TV, the MFA notification will be sent to your phone for approval even though you are using the Apple TV App.


If you have registered and completed Setup but are still not receiving push notifications from OKTA, Please ensure your device's time zone settings are set to 'Automatic' 

If you continue to have issues, please reach out to your WM Client Rep or Contact.
