Our B2B Site, WBTVD.com and the apps powered by wbtvd.com, use Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) powered by OKTA Verify.
Please note, this setup step is a one-time process and you would only need to repeat this step if you were to delete the Okta App or switch Phones.
For B2B Clients/Press users accessing MFA protected content: To setup your device, please refer to the OKTA Tutorial PDF via Attachments, located to the right of your screen (beneath 'tags'). Note: Okta Verify should be set up on your primary smart phone (iOS/Android) as you will always receive the MFA requests through this device. example: if you are using our Apple TV App and you want to watch an in-release movie on your TV, the MFA notification will be sent to your phone for approval even though you are using the Apple TV App. Same goes for watching content on an iPad.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WM Employee? As of Sept 1st, 2018, there is a separate registration process for all employees of Warner Media Group and you can only activate MFA via mfa.timewarner.com You must be on the corporate network and have access to both your mobile device AND a computer. Please see our KB article for more information.
