If you are a WBD employee with access to early release screeners, you will be required to use OKTA Verify multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* YOU MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE CORPORATE NETWORK and VPN AND HAVE ACCESS TO BOTH A COMPUTER AND YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.*
Steps:
- From a desktop/laptop/computer, log into https://login.wbd.com
- Note: If you receive an error accessing the link above, please ensure you are connected to VPN. (logging in via a mobile device will not work)
- If you have not yet enrolled, click 'Register'.
- If you have a new phone and need to reset, please press Revoke. Then press 'Register'.
- If you have a new phone and need to reset, please press Revoke. Then press 'Register'.
- Open the OKTA Verify app on your mobile phone and scan the barcode. This will add your WBD OKTA profile within the OKTA Verify App.
Troubleshooting notes:
- If you are unable to access push notifications after successfully enrolling. Please ensure the device which has OKTA installed has the time zone set to 'Automatic'.
- Please ensure you have completed all system and application updates for optimal results
